Melanie Warner Spencer is a certified Ayurvedic Nutrition Counselor and 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher. She has practiced yoga and meditation for more than 20 years and loves sharing these life-changing practices with others. Whether you are a beginner, decades into your practice, have limited mobility or are living with myriad challenges, Melanie will meet you where you are.

One-on-one classes via video conference or in person (New Orleans area, but travel can be arranged).
